Vision

Ukraine has a sustainable, locally managed funding system in which Ukrainian civil society organizations have sufficient resources and play a leading role in humanitarian response and inclusive recovery.

Mission

To combine resources and expertise to provide Ukrainian civil society organisations with direct, fair and flexible funding, capacity development, and a voice in decision-making.

Values

What we believe

and what guides our work

Local leadership

Ukrainian organizations should not only implement projects but also determine solutions, priorities, and funding rules.

Partnership and ecosystem approach

We are strengthening cooperation among civil society organizations, donors, the government, communities, and international partners.

Trust, transparency, and accountability

We build relationships through transparency, clear procedures, accountability for funds, and honest feedback.

Dignity and a people-centered approach

Decisions are based on the rights, experiences, and needs of people and communities, rather than solely on the logic of funding mechanisms.

Resilience

We strengthen the ability of organizations and our own system to operate over the long term, adapt, and maintain quality.

Equity and inclusion

Resources should be accessible to various organizations and groups, taking into account inequalities and barriers.

Professionalism

Decisions are based on competence, evidence, ethics, and continuous improvement.
